Texture: The main ingredient here is sugar which gives this lip scrub a grainy, exfoliating texture.
Pros:
Definitely tastes like mint chocolate chip ice cream.
Really exfoliates your lips.
Makes your mouth smell fresh and minty.
Cons:
Expensive.
I ran out of the scrub really fast. If you use it on a daily basis, you will need to buy a new one every two weeks.
Verdict: This scrub smells sweet and lovely while giving your lips an amazing exfoliation. It's a must try!
Need a cheaper DIY alternative to a lip scrub? No problem! Just try one of recipes below using items you probably already have in your kitchen.

Can you incorporate an olive oil to a holy basil leaves extract? I think it will fit as a skin moisturizer too. I've read an article about it at http://organicindia.mercola.com/tulsi-tea.aspx where it is written that tulsi herb is good for our skin too? Is it possible?
ReplyDeleteHey Hanna,
ReplyDeleteI know for sure that Olive Oil is great for your skin, it has tons of vitamins and healthy fats! It would work well as a facial moisturizer or as a way to add some shine to your hair! I haven't heard much about holy basil leaves extract, but if I do, I'll let you know!
:)
