I found this DIY face mask on Pinterest. This easy, fast and super cheap mask is suppose to exfoliate the skin, get rid of blackheads, brighten skin and tighten pores. Sounds pretty good to me so I decided to give it a try!

Benefits of Orange Juice on the Skin:
Tons of Vitamin A, B and C which work to brighten the skin.
Oranges contain alpha hydroxy acids (glycolic acids) which exfoliate and increase cell turnover in the skin.

Benefits of Baking Soda on the Skin:
The tiny little grains gently exfoliate skin.
Tightens pores.

Verdict:
Noticeably softer and brighter skin. This didn't miraculously get rid of my blackheads, but I noticed that they were less noticeable. I think if you use this product once a week for a couple of months, you will see a more significant improvement in the texture and look of your skin.

Friendly Warning:
Always use sunscreen whenever you use glycolic acid skin treatments. Glycolic acid makes your skin more sensitive to the sun, so you need extra sun protection.
If you have sensitive skin, do a test patch on a small part of your face to make sure your skin won't get irritated/excessively red.
Use this mask once or twice a week for best results.
