The Cleanser That Promises Visibly Brighter Skin In Just 4 Uses

 

Claim:  "Neutrogena Visibly Bright Daily Facial Cleanser transforms dull, tired skin to visibly bright & refreshed in just 4 uses-to help get you going. The unique formula infused with Soy and Vitamin C, dissolves skin-dulling impurities and tired-looking surface skin cells. Plus, this formula with a citrus anti-oxidant complex instantly refreshes your skin".

Texture: This facial cleanser feels smooth and creamy, yet light on the skin. It has a gel-like texture. It also has a strange resemblance to a gold highlighting cream as you can see from the picture below.

Pros:

Oil-Free.

Doesn't over dry the skin. I like to wash my face twice to get really clean skin. My skin still doesn't feel tight or dry after using this repeatedly.

Contains Vitamin C and Soy Extracts which are proven to even out skin tone and brighten skin.

Has a light floral fragrance (this would be a con for you if you have super sensitive skin).

Affordable. This cleanser cost me six bucks at Target so this is definitely a budget buy.

Didn't break out my acne-prone skin.

Cons:

Does not miraculously brighten your skin after four uses. Although my skin looks a little brighter right after using this cleanser, it by no means is significant. If you really want bright skin, you need to use this cleanser in conjunction with a brightening cream, lotion and/or mask.

Contains fragrance which may irritate those with sensitive skin.

Not effective enough to remove makeup.

Verdict: A good, basic everyday cleanser. Does not perform miracles, but does the job and is affordable.
